SHIPPING POLICY

We ship plants on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid them sitting in the warehouse over the weekend. We use Courier Post and Fastway Couriers which deliver in 1-3 days. Rural post may take longer. If you haven't received your plant within 3 days of receiving your tracking number, please let us know.

We have 2 locations for pick up; Ngatea and Mt Wellington. We can arrange via email a suitable time and location to collect your plants, please note that your plants must be prepaid before collecting.

RETURN POLICY

Given the nature of the living product, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your plants are damaged in transit, please email us with proof of damage as soon as possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
